2.2 All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT and postage.

2.3 Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Paypal or American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order.

3. POSTAGE

3.1 It is your responsibility to pay all charges for customs and duties for delivery to your region.

4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

4.1 All parcels returned to us can be re-sent to you, but this will require an additional payment to cover the cost of second-time delivery.

4.2 If you are genuinely unhappy with your item(s), please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. It must be returned to us {Stamp & Celia, 21, Alvington Crescent, London, E8 2NN} in its original condition.

4.2b Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.4 Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.

5. LOYALTY CODES & COMPETITIONS

5.1 Any promotional code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.

5.2 Promotional codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

5.3 If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.
